What are the results of using technology to differentiate instruction?

Ok..so our next step is to decide how we'll document results. 1. student observable engagement 2. student self-reflection of learning. 3. and which technological instructional approach to use to differentiate. Is that right?
Oops....I didn't say that right. I meant: Our next step is to decide how to document results 1. student observable engagement 2. sutdnet self-reflection of learning 3. student assessment results.
Following that we each get to decide which technological instructional approach we'll use to differentiate. Is THIS correct?
I would say our next step is to decide an action plan. What kind of technology and what kind of strategy are you going to use? Then we can determine data sources. I don't think it is necessary for us to all have common assessments for this nor do I see it as being appropriate given the diversity of age and subject areas we teach.
